| | PM- warmed up 2 miles to Scera Park and did striders and idiot drills. The workout was 10x1000m at 3:17-3:00 My splits were like:
3:17, 3:11, 3:11, 3:10, 3:09, 3:08, 3:09, 3:07, 3:05, 3:03. I'm not sure these are 100% accurate but they were close enough.
2 mile cooldown.
